Refund policy

At Hygges London, we take pride in the quality of our products and hope that you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@hygges.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • Be returned in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@hygges.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery. Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue

Our team will review your request and offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. We’re here to help!
