Shipping Information

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £100. All orders are sent via DPD Tracked Delivery to ensure your parcel arrives safely and promptly.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped, which includes a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery takes 1-3 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be delivered starting from the following Tuesday.
  • During busy periods, delivery times may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed of any delays.

Delivery Updates

With DPD, you’ll have access to their real-time tracking system. You can rearrange delivery or select an alternative delivery option if you won’t be available to receive your order at the original time.

Important Notes

  • Orders are not dispatched over weekends or on UK bank holidays.
  • If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately.
